Last Saturday (Dec 7), Jessica Springsteen competed at the Style & Competition for AMADE at the 2013 Gucci Paris Masters while parents Bruce Springsteen and Patti Scialfa looked on.

According to an article in the Daily Mail, “The 21-year-old, who has represented the U.S.in the 2012 FEI Nations Cup and the Show Jumping World Cup, dressed as a white swan, wearing a form fitting princess style bodice, an off-white tutu and white feather accessories.”

Ok, to be perfectly honest, it looked a little Bjork-ish to us… But you know, whatever feathers your tutu! We are never going to diss a nationally ranked horsewoman who’s dad wrote:

And the horses pound like thunder
They bolt like lightning on her range
She feels she’s going under and she zeros in the rein
She’s so strange”

Marie - lyrics by Bruce Springsteen

Because that is so, well, Counter-Canter Culture-ish…
